Parks Wilson

Founder, Board Member

Parks Wilson founded Wilson & Company, Inc. in 1994 and has more than 30 years experience successfully managing construction projects totaling over twelve million square feet of facilities. Parks is a fourth generation Florida native and was educated at The University of Florida receiving degrees in both Business Administration and Building Construction.Due to his philosophy of client service and long-term leadership in construction, Parks has lead Wilson & Company, Inc. to become one of the premier, full-service General Contracting firms in the South East. Prior to establishing Wilson & Company, Inc. he was the Chief Project Manager for Suitt Construction Company, Florida Division. While he worked with Suitt, the company grew 600% in size to the 53rd largest construction company in the U.S.A. Projects built by Parks Wilson range from highly finished office buildings to large distribution centers up to 850,000 SF in size and $65,000,000.00 in value.

Barry Henderson, Wilson & Company’s Vice President has worked in nearly all company capacities over the last 16 years. Focusing on “Building Client Satisfaction” Barry now works closely with clients and team members to see projects through to completion.

Project Manager

Rick Salmon has served in the US Army and brings 12 years of construction experience to Wilson & Company. During his career in construction he has worked various positions and trades including foreman, superintendent and business owner. As a Project Manager at Wilson & Company, Inc. he brings his experience and passion of construction to every project.
