The Memory Lane Cottage is an assisted living facility located in the heart of Oviedo’s new development area. There is almost 14,000 s.f. under roof and 10,950 s.f. air conditioned space. The Cottage’s unique design consists of multiple luxury amenities, including 20 fully-furnished, private residential suites with full bathrooms. Other features of the Cottage include a state-of-the-art resident monitoring system, full commercial kitchen, living room, dining room, salon, spa and large courtyard with walking paths, gardening stations, and sitting areas – all enclosed within a seven foot tall privacy wall.
