USF Federal Credit Union represents a refined blend of modern design and functional performance, delivering a fully renovated 1,406 square-foot financial space tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s banking environment. This interior alteration transforms an existing facility into a highly efficient, client focused destination.
The scope of work includes a comprehensive interior remodel featuring the installation of new walls, ceiling, and floor finishes that elevate both durability and aesthetics. Custom casework and thoughtfully designed furniture layouts enhance the user experience, while integrated plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems ensure seamless day to day operations. Every detail, from layout to finish, was carefully coordinated to support both functionality and visual impact.
On the exterior, strategic enhancements further reinforce the building’s presence and accessibility. The main entry was upgraded from a single to a double door configuration, creating a more inviting and efficient point of access. A new wall treatment was applied to portions of the north and east façades, giving the building a refreshed, contemporary identity. Additionally, curb modifications were implemented to accommodate a wider drive aisle, improving traffic flow and overall site usability.
